At 11:00 a.m. today, Bagyong "MINA" (NANMADOL) has accelerated slightly and still continues to move North Northwestward.
Bagyong "Mina" is estimated based on satellite and surface data at 60 km West of Basco, Batanes (20.5°N, 121.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center and Gustiness of up to 150 kph.
