Lindsay Lohan is an American actress, pop singer and model. She began her career as a child fashion model before making her motion picture debut in Disney's 1998 remake of The Parent Trap at the age of 11. Lohan gained further fame between 2003 and 2005 with leading roles in the films Freaky Friday, Mean Girls and Herbie: Fully Loaded, subsequently appearing in independent films including Robert Altman's A Prairie Home Companion and Emilio Estevez's Bobby.

Her career was interrupted in 2007 as two driving under the influence incidents and three visits to rehabilitation facilities led to the loss of several movie deals. Resuming her career, she guest starred in the TV series Ugly Betty in 2008, starred in the 2009 comedy Labor Pains, and appeared in Robert Rodriguez's Machete in 2010. Lohan launched a second career in pop music in 2004 with the album Speak and followed up with A Little More Personal in 2005. She has attracted significant publicity, particularly surrounding her personal life.

According to Hollywood Life, Lindsay Lohan is about to let it all hang out in her latest film role - and we’re not talking about her emotions, either.

Not only will the 22-year-old actress go topless as gun-toting socialite April Benz in Robert Rodriguez’s new action flick, Machete, but she goes skinny-dipping with her on-screen mom!

HollywoodLife.com got a hold of the original Machete script, and as of now, Lindsay - who has about 10 minutes of screen time as gun-toting socialite April Benz - is slated to get wet and naked while swimming in a waterfall with Alicia Rachel Marek, 34, who plays her mother, June.

Honestly it's a Brilliant idea - This may be exactly what she needs to jump starts her dead end career.

After nearly five days without her girlfriend, Lindsay Lohan just couldn’t hold back. When Samantha Ronson, arrived on the LA set of Lindsay’s movie Labor Pains on July 10, Lindsay rushed toward her, not caring who saw. As they headed off set, the couple — who in the past have gone out of their way to hide their physical affection — tenderly brushed hands.
The moment wasn’t lost on anyone around them. “It looked like a really big deal for Lindsay,” an onlooker says. “She knew people would see her and Sam and know they were together. It looked like she knew it was time.”
While most of Hollywood’s wondering if the relationship is an act, Lindsay’s inner circle believes it’s the real deal. “Everyone knows they’re together and in love,” says a pal of Lindsay’s.
But while Lindsay — who has publicly battled issues with men, drugs and alcohol — seems to have finally found peace with Sam, her heart is still breaking.
The reason: Lindsay’s family hasn’t accepted her new relationship. Despite the couple’s obvious attraction, Lindsay’s mom, Dina, told Life & Style at a recent NYC event that the two girls are merely “very good friends.”
Despite her parents’ reaction to her relationship, Lindsay is determined to make things with Sam work — and when Sam recently presented her with a $22,000 Cartier ring as a symbol of their commitment, Lindsay happily accepted it.

Ok, I’m sure it’s not something a mom wants for her daughter but being a lesbian is the new black! Besides Linds and Sam make a cute couple!Samantha gave Lindsay a $22,000 Cartier diamond ring! A source claims it’s not an engagement ring but a commitment ring… isn’t that the same thing?! Cause it sounds a lot like the same thing… an engagement ring is a commitment ring, right?? Someone committing to someone else… they could call it a promise ring!!

“Lindsay is thrilled and she and Sam are very content,” one tabloid insider spills. “It’s not an engagement ring - simply a token of her commitment.”

We have to admit Samantha is doing something positive with Lindsay! We don’t see Lindsay drunk anymore but we see her all the time out and about eating and shopping with Sam.

A couple months ago we saw Lindsay with a ring with the initials SR, which is too tacky even for Lindsay. So Sam must have thought why not buy a classy diamond ring… these two must have been committed to each other a long time ago!

Her table was littered with cupcakes and a tiara, and the room was decorated with red, silver, baby blue and light pink balloons. At midnight, guests sang Happy Birthday to Lindsay, who a short pink dress. Samantha later took over DJ duties for an hour while guests danced. (source)
